How much does it cost in total?
RM 2,500 in total, as an indicative price. It includes the SSM fee of RM 1,000, the name search and your company secretary for year 1. We confirm the exact figure in writing before we file.
How long does it take?
Filing usually takes 1–3 business days once your documents are complete. Work starts within 3 working days of your go-ahead.
Do I need a company secretary?
Yes. Every Sdn. Bhd. must appoint a licensed company secretary. We can stay on as yours from the first year.
What does a secretary cost after year 1?
