Services are provided by whichever entity — Shukri Yusof & Co. or EMSY Sdn. Bhd. — issues the engagement letter or proposal for that service, per the footer disclaimer on every page. These general terms apply to enquiries and quotation requests submitted through this website; the engagement letter governs once work actually begins.
Fees quoted through the self-serve pricing pages are fixed as stated. Fees quoted after a manual review will be confirmed in writing before work starts. Payment terms are set out in the relevant invoice or engagement letter.
Information you share with us — through a form, a scheduled call, or otherwise — is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or delivering the engaged service, consistent with our Privacy Notice.
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement per the notice period stated in that engagement's letter. A requested call or consultation carries no obligation to engage.
Advice given is based on the information provided at the time. Liability is limited as set out in the applicable engagement letter and by law.
These terms, and any engagement arising from them, are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
