"Synco Group" is a shared brand used by two separate service providers. It is not a legal entity and does not itself provide, contract for, or invoice any services.
Company secretarial and incorporation services, accounting and reporting, and consulting services are provided by Shukri Yusof & Co. (MIA Firm No. 1688), an MIA-registered firm of Chartered Accountants. Company-secretarial services are delivered through appropriately registered individuals holding valid practising certificates. Technology and HR and payroll services, including the emsy platform, are provided by EMSY Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201801014288).
Each service provider operates separately. Neither is a parent or subsidiary of the other, and neither has authority to bind the other unless expressly agreed in writing. The applicable proposal, engagement letter or terms of engagement will identify the contracting service provider, which will issue the relevant invoice.
