Mohamed Faiz Eusof Izzuddin is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Governance Professional, corporate advisor and educator with about 20 years of experience across accounting, finance, taxation, corporate governance, company secretarial practice, human resources and corporate training.

He has held senior finance, governance and leadership positions with PETRONAS, the Sapura Group, Dattel, Grey Worldwide and the Sedania Group, including as Chief Financial Officer, across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore.

He is an accredited HRD Corp trainer and a postgraduate lecturer at University Poly-Tech Malaysia, teaching company secretarial practice, corporate law and advanced financial reporting. His consulting covers business turnaround, financial management, Virtual CFO work, corporate governance and ESG reporting.
